Following their first league defeat of the season, Cardigan still look firm favourites to regain the league championship, though their grip on it will have been weakened. Six of the top seven teams in the league table can still win it and with Cardigan still having to play three of these teams, the title race is far from over.

In Division 2, Pencader and Bargod both looked a step closer to securing promotion following good wins. Llanybydder look like the only side who can realistically stop them but games are running out for them.
